Massage therapy is the hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body. This treatment specifically focuses on the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints for the purpose of optimizing health. Our compassionate and caring registered massage therapists can tailor treatment to your individual health goals.

As a new client you are welcome to book any treatment length to start. Our massage therapist will do a a quick assessment and work alongside your goals to come up with an individualized treatment for you.

We are now offering buccal facial massage and lymphatic drainage with our registered massage therapist. This facial massage treatment is ideal for anyone feeling stress and tension in their jaw, face or experiencing TMJ dysfunction. You will be offered a refreshing facial cleanse before lymphatic drainage of the face and neck to clear stagnation and relieve sinus congestion. Specific massage techniques are performed on the face and jaw muscles intra-orally to target points of tension and improve circulation providing deep release and relaxation. Additional benefits to this treatment include improved collagen production, softens fine lines & wrinkles, enhancement of natural facial contours and improved absorption of skincare ingredients. The treatment is followed by application of a second facial cleanse, warm towel, moisturizer and SPF.
