Nicole armstrong, RP, MA, B.ed
Nicole is passionate about supporting individuals who are looking to prioritize their mental health and wellbeing. She uses an integrated, holistic approach to therapy, and focuses on building collaborative relationships with her clients. She strives to create an open, non-judgmental space for clients to speak openly about challenges, big and small.
Before becoming a therapist, Nicole worked as a teacher in the public school system. She incorporates her passion for education in her work with clients, providing psychoeducation as needed. Nicole considers herself a life-long learner and is continuously developing her therapeutic skills to best support her clients in various areas. She incorporates multiple therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion practices.

Nicole is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Outside the clinic, Nicole loves reading mystery novels, participating in fitness classes in her community, and spending time with her family and dog.
