Nicole armstrong, RP, MA, B.ed
Nicole is passionate about supporting individuals who are looking to prioritize their mental health and wellbeing. She uses a holistic approach to therapy, focusing on the whole person, and strives to create a judgment-free space for individuals to speak openly about challenges, big and small.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, Nicole worked as a teacher in the public school system. She incorporates her background in education in her work with clients, providing psychoeducation as needed. Nicole considers herself a life-long learner and continuously develops her therapeutic skills through training to best support her clients. She incorporates multiple therapeutic approaches, including acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy, internal family systems, and self-compassion practices.

Nicole is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Outside the clinic, Nicole loves reading, participating in fitness classes with friends, travelling, and spending time with her family and pets.
